I find this website to be a complete waste of time, engendering false sentimentality and nostalgia, while distracting myself and my fellows from real tasks, and real issues in our lives.  I am bombarded with a useless stream of images and text that serves only to confirm the sarcastic and banal conversations that take place on this three dollar hooker of a website.  Here, nothing is discussed, it is shouted.  Here, the things we say are “liked” instead of appreciated, commented upon instead of pondered.  It disconnects us from our friends, and disconnects us from ourselves, allowing a body to create an image, instead of being a person.  This is a sick distortion of reality, a highway robbery.  We thought this would bring community, instead it has brought addiction to an interface, and a code of conduct geared toward that interface.  You can rot, Zuckerburg.  I’ll take my life out into the fresh air, thanks.
